If you want to rename, delete, or highlight a tag for all linked contacts, go to the right-hand column on the list pages (contacts, companies, or deals), click on “further options,” and select “Manage your tags.”
On the following overview page, you can now edit tags (gear icon) or delete them (bin icon).
If you click the gear icon to edit a specific tag, you can rename the tag and/or assign it a color in the pop-up window that appears.
If you click the trash can icon next to a selected tag, it will be deleted from all objects throughout the system.
To delete tags system-wide, you need extended rights.
