Sorry for these problems. When you try to login to an existing account you may get an error message this for different reasons:
You have mistyped your email address or password
Your account has been disabled by the owner of your CRM Accounts
Your chose for your account a paid package and your account is older than 30 days, but we do not have payment details yet.
For no. 1+2: Try to reset your password. If this doesn't help talk to the owner of your account or write us a short message.
For no. 3: Is this the case you can either fill in you payment details or change to the free starter plan (max. 200 contacts). Both you can find in your account settings. If both doesn't work, please do not hesitate to contact our support.
