In the right column of the overview page of contacts and companies you have the option to export the details of all contacts (name, address, e-mail, phone and more).
You can also export previously filtered contacts / companies (based on tags or individual fields like postal code) or the ones you ticked manually.
Afterwards you can decide, if you need all details or just a comprehensive version.
