In many companies the responsibility for certain persons and companies is divided among the sales staff. By doing this it is possible to avoid people being addressed independently of each other by two colleagues.
To assign contacts to yourself or to a colleague, proceed with this: Go to the Persons tab and select the corresponding contacts by clicking the checkbox or by choosing "Select all". This means that the option appears above the contacts. Select your colleague.
If you want to filter according to the affiliation or responsibility, you can find this on the overview page people directly above the tags in the small drop down menu. This is automatically set to "all colleagues" however it can be changed to each individual employee.
